A member submits an order number; Flash looks up the real order directly with the marketplace, using your own seller account. The amount is read from the marketplace — never trusted from the buyer — and every verified order is routed to human review.

Orders are looked up using your own seller account, so an order from another seller simply can't be pulled in.
No personal data stored
Flash matches the buyer, then discards their details. Only non-personal order fields are kept; buyer personal data never reaches storage.
- Live & gated: the marketplace connections, Amazon and TikTok Shop integrations, the verify-and-award process, and supporting tools are built. Real-order verification is rolling out in stages.
- M1 = 100% human review: verification never auto-awards points. A person approves every order — deliberately, to keep pending points from being spent before approval.
- Roadmap (not built): auto-approval and automatic refund adjustments are planned for a later milestone. The TikTok Shop connection is still in validation (M2).
